Can I return my handbags for return or replacement?
All of our bags carry a six month warranty from the date of purchase. Exchanges must be unused, in their original condition
and include a proof of purchase receipt. Purchases made in retail stores must be returned to the original purchase location.

What type of KATE & SARA® items can I sell on EBAY?
It would be false advertising if you sell the product in a way that indicates, either expressly or by suggestion, that the product
is new, or that your sale is in any way connected with or approved by Kate & Sara®. You may only resell a genuine Kate & Sara®
product as a “secondary market” item on eBay. Not abiding could subject you to liability under federal and state laws.

How are KATE & SARA® handbags shipped?
Kate & Sara® handbags, travel pieces, and accessories are shipped via UPS from our Stuart, Florida Distribution Center.
