How do I purchase KATE & SARA® handbags?
In addition to the ability to purchase online, you may order by phone with a credit card by calling (772) 287-9555 from 9 AM – 5PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Sorry, no collect calls.
To order by fax or mailed check, fax your order to (772) 287-2640, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please note: Payment by personal check must be drawn on a U.S. bank.
Mailed orders can be sent to: Kate & Sara, 7917 SW Jack James Drive, Suite#1, Stuart, FL 34997. Please allow one to two weeks for delivery; two to three weeks for orders paid by check.
How do I return or replace an order?
We will gladly exchange or refund your order, provided the merchandise is unused and you respond within thirty days after receiving your order. To return an item, please contact customer service at 772-287-9555 for assistance and return authorization. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

How do I become an authorized retailer?

Does KATE & SARA authorize the sale of its products through the internet?
Kate & Sara Authorized Retailers are encouraged to sell our line of products via the internet through their store website.
What KATE & SARA items can I sell on EBAY?
You may only resell a genuine Kate & Sara product as a “secondary market” item on eBay. It is false advertising to sell the product in a manner that indicates, either expressly or by suggestion, that the product is new, or that your sale is in any way connected with or approved by Kate & Sara.
